I, for one, am a lil more than tired of hearing women with kinky textured hair complain about all the things their hair can’t do all while panting over the looser curls of another natural. It’s sad, really. Meanwhile, one of my workmates, who has much looser curls than I have, always compliments my hair. One day she exclaimed,” I LOVE all the things your hair can do!” So, why is it that we often want what we don’t or can’t have?
