part hair, add moisture

create a small part in front & one down the center. my hair was blown out but you can use a heat-free method if you like.

brush hair out & begin

on one side, part out 2 sections of hair, twist once. reach underneath to grab more hair...

twist, grab, repeat...

after grabbing more hair, twist the two sections in your hands. place fingers underneath again to grab more hair. repeat while moving down

twist to the ends...

continue the "twist & grab" motion until you reach the nape. twist the ends tightly to complete

now for the other side...

apply moisture as needed & brush hair thru. your hands will now move in the opposite directions - if you first did left hand over right, now it'll be right over left.

secure both twists...

when complete, pin the end of one twist into the opposite one. cross the end of the other twist over the first & pin. try to hide the pins for the look of one continuous pin.

check & complete

if hair is shorter, you may have some hair sticking out. just pin those in to make it neat. brush edges & nape as needed to complete!

separate. fluff. finish!

for more volume, separate each twist where the hair naturally wants to separate. use a pick to fluff & fill in any gaps. all done!
