this works best with very ripe bananas, the ones with the brown spots. but whatever you have will still be yummy.
start by cutting then mashing your banana(s) with a fork until you get a smooth (as possible) consistency. to guarantee smoothness, feel free to blend the banana(s).
add water according to package directions or until you reach your desired consistency & mix until smooth. for a little pizazz, add some cinnamon to the mix!
make sure your pan is well covered with oil & place on a low-medium heat. once hot enough, pour in batter to your preferred size. cook until bubbles form on top & flip.
the second side should take less time to cook... so be sure to check to prevent burning so you get that perfect golden brown we all love!
