first, of course, I begin my styling process by thoroughly cleansing my hair. I use my fingertips to massage the scalp & then ensure my strands are clean.

NEXT

then I follow up with plenty of conditioner to infuse moisture into my hair. I'm sure to coat the ends since this part needs the most attention.

next, I lightly blow dry on medium heat to stretch the hair & cut down on drying time after styling. I like to put my hair in sections to make curling so much hair less daunting.

NEXT

I add a bit of my styling product to a section of hair, brush it through and twist about 2/3 down the section. then I brush through to make sure the ends are smooth.

NEXT

I place the flexi rod toward the end, smoothing the hair onto the flexi rod & then roll about halfway. then I wind the flexi rod down to the roots.

NEXT

the next day, I carefully remove the flexi rods and add some oil to my hair to help smooth it down, give it shine & help prevent frizz.

NEXT

I gently unravel & separate each twist. when taking the hair down, I make sure to allow the hair to separate where it naturally wants to to prevent the it from frizzing.

NEXT

and here's the final look! can you tell I'm loving the bounce?! Oh, and that shine too!
