get outta the PJs or sweats & into some REAL clothes! you'd be surprised how much of a mood-lifter it can be!

leave the kid(s) with someone you trust, put something on & go for a solo walk. hit a coffee shop or a park bench & just chill.

put on your favorite dance album or find some old music videos & get moving. dance like no one's watching!

do something new with your hair or give yourself a manicure using a new color. press-ons work too!

call a mom friend when you need to vent or just to chat & have some adult conversation. set a time to hang out if possible!
