having a set schedule or work hours with a clear start & end time gives you structure. you're less likely to slack off & more likely to actually finish what needs to get done!
a list of all your must-do tasks will help you stay on track! try brain-dumping all the tasks, then pick out the top 5. tackle the harder things first so you can get them out of the way.
sure, you could work in your PJs, but getting dressed can put you in a better frame of mind for getting work done! you can still keep it comfy in loungewear separates or jeans & a tee!
working in bed is convenient but, let's be real, there's a better chance you'll lay right back down. if you can, create a nook in your space just for work so your body knows it's time for just that!
endless scrolling on social is a big time-sucker. so put the phone out of reach & maybe on "do not disturb" for a time. if you do need to get on social, set a timer so you don't get carried away!
