Calling all sufferers of Hand-In-Hair Disease!! This is your temporary remedy. The less you mess with your hair, the less likely you’ll experience breakage or split ends.
It’s not to say that you need to spend hours installing cornrows, kinky twists or box braids just to protect your hair. A protective style is simply one that requires little to no manipulation and usually involves tucking your ends, the oldest part of your hair, in & away: protected. So if you’re one who just doesn’t have the time, skill or patience for an intricate style, french braid it, twist it, Roll ‘n’ Tuck it or pin it up. Whatever suits your fancy.
