Hi Patricia. If you want to wear your natural hair texture but do not want to cut off all of your relaxed/permed hair, you can transition. In other words, you would stop relaxing the hair and allow your natural texture to grow in gradually. In the interim, you can wear braids or other protective styles while caring for your hair with regular washing, deep conditioning and moisturizing. These resources should help:

Hi! Sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your hair. The tips mentioned in the web story that was referenced is a great start to help you keep your hair moisturized which will help with breakage. https://toiabarry.com/web-stories/3-simple-tips-for-fall-natural-hair-care/
This is what helps me: after washing the hair, while the hair is still damp, add something water-based like a leave-in conditioner (spray or cream, whatever your hair prefers), then seal in the moisture with an oil of choice (almond oil, grapeseed, etc.) or butter (like whipped shea).
Then putting your hair in a protective style like twists, braids, a bun, or anything that tucks in your ends helps the hair retain moisture. You can also check this out: https://toiabarry.com/web-stories/3-tips-help-natural-hair-retain-moisture/
