Happy Wednesday everybody!
I had so much fun doing my 20 Random Facts list that I thought I’d share a little more randomness! {heeheehee}
1. When I was little, I had a Caucasian red-headed Cabbage Patch doll… who I named Felicia. o_O
2. I went back to natural hair once before somewhere around 2000/2001. When I cut all the relaxed hair off, I had like a half of an inch of new growth- hated it!! Not the hair itself but how short it was. I have a large dome-piece, y’all, so I knew when I tried again, I would need to let it grow out some more. It took like eight years but I’m here! ^_^
3. I have my daddy’s feet {Not. Cool.} :-/ It took YEEEAARRRS for me to be comfortable with wearing open toe footwear.
4. Favorite movies: Coming to America, Brown Sugar, Love and Basketball, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World {←hilarity on 900!!}
5. Movies I’ve never seen that I probably should have: Napoleon Dynamite. *dodges from flying tomatoes*
6. I went to Brooklyn Tech High School… me smart! LOL
7. My music preferences range from Old School R&B and Hip-Hop to Pop to Dancehall, Calypso & Soca *deep breath* Bachata, Kompa, Salsa to Alternative Rock… I pretty much like anything but Country, Hard Rock and Heavy Metal…oh and Go-go {sorry}
8. When I left pre-school, I was supposed to go straight to first grade but “they” said I started school early was too young so I was placed in Kindergarten. I was robbed!!
9. I used to work at the Gap, Banana Republic and Victoria’s Secret {for like two weeks… NO I was not fired! :-/}
10. I’d reeeeaallly love to live in a brownstone in Fort Greene like Sidney in Brown Sugar… or the Huxtables {whose home interior wasn’t quite realistic for a brownstone, but you get the point}!
Welp, that’s all folks!
xoxo

so nice let us know about you…let me tell you i love your outfit, i love with somebody take 2 o 3 simples pieces of cloth and made that they look so in style and simple just like your name Natural …
Aww thank you so much!! 🙂
You are welcome
Love this list but I didn’t see reggae on #8. I still love you though. LOL
Lol I couldn’t name them ALL Sophie!
How was the Huxtable’s brownstone not realistic? Excuse my brownstone architecture ignorance. 🙂
Lol the interior was nice but all wrong. Real brownstones have a more narrow living room area with the stairs being closer to the door. If you remember Sidney’s house in Brown Sugar, now that was the real deal. Seems like they may have used a real brownstone for the movie.
